The information clause on the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 13 par. 1 and 2 of the GDPR the Organizer informs:

a.) The Organizer of the Contest is the controller of the personal data provided by the Entrants and processed by the Czestochowa Museum.

b.) Personal data controller can be contacted via email: muzeum@muzeumczestochowa.pl , or in writing at the address of the controller's office,

c.) The legal basis for the processing of the Entrants' data is Article 6 par. 1 point (a) of the GDPR,

d.) The personal data of the Entrants included in the registration forms will be processed until the completion of competition procedures,

e.) The submission of personal data by the Entrants is voluntary, but is necessary to participate in the competition,

f.) Entrants of the competition have the right to access their data and the right to demand its rectification, objection, removal after expiration of the indicated periods or limiting its processing. The Entrants also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

g.) Entrants of the Contest have the right to lodge a complaint for the unlawful processing of the personal data with the regulatory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. NEWSLETTER

The newsletter is sent at specified time intervals in the form of electronic mail to e-mail addresses added to the subscribers database.

Every internet user interested in this service has the ability to register in the subscriber database and receive the newsletter.

Registration in the subscribers database takes place via the registration form. After registration, a message will be sent to the e-mail address with a confirmation link activating the newsletter subscription. By clicking the confirmation link, the subscriber confirms the validity of the e-mail address provided and the will to use the subscription.

Personal data, ie e-mail addresses, are collected by the Czestochowa Museum solely for the purpose of processing them for the newsletter service. Data is provided by the data subjects, voluntarily. Without the data it is not possible to provide the newsletter service.

A person who, when ordering a newsletter subscription, provided an e-mail address of a third party without its knowledge and consent, will be liable to the Czestochowa Museum in the event that the third party submits any claims against the Czestochowa Museum.

The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time using the opt-out form. After sending a request to unsubscribe, the User will receive an email with a confirmation link. By clicking on the confirmation link, the subscriber confirms the will to cancel the subscription. Removal of the User's e-mail address from the newsletter's address database takes place immediately.

The consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked at any time, which will result in the removal of the e-mail address from the newsletter mailing list.
